Participants are requested to register via this website by 19 March 2012.
The participation fees are the following:
- FOSG Members : 250 EUR
- Non FOSG Member: 400 EUR
- Academic/ NGO / Students: 250 EUR
- EU Institutions/ National governments/ Embassies/ Press: Free of charge
Invoices
Only digital version of invoices will be provided to participants upon their request during the online registration.

For accommodation in Brussels, we have pre-booked a number of rooms with a discount rate at the hotels listed below. Participants are invited to make their accommodation arrangements by using the respective booking form at the hotel of their choice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing to FOSG Secretariat by e-mail to events@friendsofthesupergrid.eu. Conference registration cancellations will be subject to 50 EUR cancellation fee until 7 March 2012. After that date, no refunds will be made.
